高级工程师，英国威尔士大学 MBA，留学归国创业人员，现任北京中科德润环保科技有限公司董事长，具有 13 年的市场营销及公司管理运营经验。早期，王丽红董事长组建了一支来自美国普林斯顿大学、斯坦福大学和中科院纳米材料研究中心的国际权威高分子材料学专家团队，成功取得具有中国自主知识产权的发明专利技术——生态塑料技术，为普通塑料降解缓慢引发的“白色污染”问题找到了最佳的解决方案。运用多年的科研管理经验，王丽红将生态塑料技术进行了相关专利及标准的规划布局，已取得授权的具有中国自主知识产权的发明专利 14 项、规划布局发明专利 100 余项；主持并参与起草国家标准 6 项、地方标准规划 30 余项、团体标准 20 余项。为传统塑料包装行业转型升级、环保可降解塑料包装行业可持续发展，建立起完善的标准指导体系。曾获“齐鲁巾帼发明家”、“低碳山东功勋人物”、“济南市三八红旗手”等荣誉称号。2015 年，入选中华人民共和国科技部创新创业人才，同年获得“中华农业科技奖”、“山东省发明创业奖”。2017 年，入选第三批国家“万人计划”科技创业领军人才。2020 年，入选中国塑料加工行业“十三五”先进科技工作者。
